Judge

The Municipal Judge presides over the Municipal Court and is responsible for ensuring the fair and impartial administration of justice in accordance with state and local laws. The Judge hears cases involving Class C misdemeanors, including traffic violations and city ordinance offenses, and makes rulings based on applicable law and evidence.

The Municipal Judge works to uphold the integrity of the court while protecting the rights of all individuals.

The Municipal Judge is available in-person on Wednesdays from 8:00am - 11:30am.
