Council

The City Council serves as the governing body of the City and is responsible for establishing policies, adopting ordinances and resolutions, and overseeing the City's budget and services. The Council works collectively to make decisions that promote the health, safety, and welfare of the community.

City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act to ensure trasnparency and public participation in local government.

Regular Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
